LiNO3 | Piezo-Electrical Crystal has excellent electro-optic, acousto-optic, piezoelectric, and nonlinear properties and is widely used in civil and military fields. With the development of photoelectric technology, LiNbO3 crystal is increasingly emphasized in the application of defense technology. It is an important multifunctional crystal with good nonlinear properties and has a relatively large nonlinear optical coefficient, which can realize the critical phase matching. As an electro-optic crystal, it serves as an important optical waveguide material and as a piezo-electric crystal, it can be used to make middle and low frequency SAW filters as well as high power and high temperature ultrasonic transducers, etc. LiNbO3 material also has wide applications; LN(Mg) crystal can greatly improve the anti-laser damage threshold; LN(Mg)(Nd) crystal can realize the frequency doubling effect; LN(Fe) crystal can be used in optical holographic storage.
