XZP50T is a high-speed photodetector with linear TIA  designed  for direct optical-to-electrical detection, providing a bandwidth over 30 GHz. The optical input is supplied through a single-mode fiber. The photodetector is designed to operate over a wide range of wavelengths. The photodetector incorporates an internal bias tee that connects the detector chip to both the bias voltage input and the AC-coupled RF signal output.

YAG(Ce) (Y3Al5O12:Ce) is a fast and rugged scintillation material with great mechanical properties and chemical resistance.

YAG(Ce) | Scintillation Crystal is a scintillation crystal commonly used as a phosphor in cathode ray tubes and white light-emitting diodes. It has high luminous efficacy, and its peak emission (550 nm) allows for effective coupling with silicon photodiode detector devices. The crystal also has excellent mechanical properties and is chemically resistant, which makes it suitable for use in extreme environments, and makes possible the production of thin YAG(Ce) screens.

YAG(Nd) | Laser Crystal is the most commonly used solid-state crystal material. It is characterized by high gain, low threshold, high efficiency, low loss (at 1064nm high optical quality), good mechanical and thermal properties, and is easy to operate in TEM00 mode, allowing it to be used in all types of solid-state laser systems. Compared with other laser crystals, its fluorescence lifetime is twice more than YVO4(Nd), and its thermal conductivity is better as well.

YAG(Yb) | Laser Crystal is one of the most promising laser-active materials and is more suitable for diode-pumping than the traditional Nd-doped systems. It can be pumped at 0.94μm laser output and has advantages of high optical quality, high slope efficiency, and low fractional heating broad absorption bands. Compared with the commonly used YAG(Nd) crystal, YAG(Yb) crystal has a much larger absorption bandwidth to reduce thermal management requirements for diode lasers, a longer upper-state lifetime, and three to four times lower thermal loading per unit pump power.

YAP(Ce) | Scintillation Crystal has excellent physical and chemical properties that ensure that the precision machining and entrance windows can be made with a very thin aluminum layer deposited directly on the entrance surface of the crystal. It also has very low-energy secondary X-ray emissions, making it desirable for imaging applications. Compared with YAG(Ce), YAP(Ce) has higher light yield and a peak emission near 370 nm, which is well matched with S11 photomultipliers’ maximum sensitivity.

ZGP | Infrared Crystal (ZnGeP2, ZGP) single crystals are highly-effective, non-linear optical materials for the middle IR. These crystals have positive birefringence which allows one to carry out the phase matched parametric frequency conversion of optical radiation in all the ranges of their background transparency spectrum from 0.74 to 12.0 µm. Their useful transmission range is from 1.9 to 8.6µm and from 9.6 to 10.2µm.
